You can make tweaks to your box and create the perfect selection for you and your dog. Avoiding multiple orders from multiple stores saves you time and is better for the environment too.

We will waive the shipping costs for your first box. Enter the coupon SUBSCRIBE at checkout.

How does it work?

Order and pay for your first box. Nominate your preferred payment date for ongoing future subscriptions in the comment box provided. We usually ship next working day. For future subscriptions will ship boxes within 5 working days of payment being made. For example, ask for payment to be taken on the 1st of the month and we will ship your box before the 6th.

Special Requests: Put any special requirements into the notes section of your order.

Examples of preferences are:

  • If your dog has any allergies or intolerances, such as chicken
  • You would like certain chews excluded (e.g., furry chews, braided chews, chews with certain odours)
  • No sprats in loose treats
  • You’d like a tube of liver paste instead of JR Pate
Can I add extra to my order?

Absolutely! Add any extras when you buy today and still get free shipping on your first box. If you want extras added to your monthly subscription – just browse and email us to add them to your subscription along with the box. For example, we can add a bag of 2 kilo Akela or Eden to be shipped with a box.

Terms
  1. Cancel at any time (but please note we cannot cancel or refund boxes that are in transit).
  2. If your payment bounces, we will reach out via email to discuss what you’d like to do.
  3. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail/Evri. If a box has not been received after 10 working days, we can start the claim process and replace it.

  • 1 x Long lasting chew. This is a chew that you can leave around the house for your dog to safely gnash on as and when they please, such as a horn, shin, ostrich bone or hoof.
  • 12 Chews from different meat sources and of varying textures and hardness*
What’s in the extra box?
  • 4 x Pet Impact poo bag rolls.
  • 4 x Different types of treats including the hugely popular JR pate (400g)
  • 1 x Long lasting chew. This is a chew that you can leave around the house for your dog to safely gnash on as and when they please, such as a horn, shin, ostrich bone or hoof.
  • 22 Chews from different meat sources and of varying textures and hardness*

*As this is a large dog selection, these chews are of all sizes, including larger, tougher chews. Choose the small dog box if you want a softer range of chews.

The selection we provide will reach a certain value threshold, so to give you the best value for money. In other words, what we won’t do is give you loads of tiny, cheap chews because it’s more profitable for us!
