Presented by Roz Pooley, MSc CAB , CCAB, ABTC-CAB

Roz has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Animal behaviour and is a Certified Clinical Animal Behaviourist.

She is a published peer reviewed author on canine behaviour for veterinary journals, regularly writes for media and frequently presents webinars. She has worked professionally with dogs for fourteen years and is a certified Clinical Animal Behaviourist with both ASAB and The APBC.

Roz lives with three dogs. Two rescues from abroad and her turbo badger (Border Collie) Mohawk.

The Mutty Professor was recommended to me by my neighbour. My terrier puppy was showing very early behavioural issues that I needed to tackle. Emily came to the house, took her time listening to me and assessing the situation. She set up six sessions to tackle the issues I was having. I am a veterinarian but I took the course to see if there was anything new I could try with one of my own dogs. He's struggled with reactivity for years. Your approach to leash handing and how to manage dogs who are somewhat socially motivatedstruck a cord with us, I've been feeling like we'd hit a plateau for a while now. I now have a totally different dog! Walks are an absolute dream, he is brilliant both off and on the lead, and I also learnt so much re. how I should deal with the early signs of over-arousal and how to manage his behaviour. I am a million times more confident with him, and I can now have friends and family over without the fear of him hurting someone when he gets over excited. I have my best friend back and I cannot thank Emily enough for her help!
