I used the "walk and train" service and had the pleasure of Hayley as our trainer. Hayley is calm and patient with my super pully turbo spaniel. She is knowledgeable and consistent in her approach and my dog loves her!

Your trainer will tailor each session to your dog’s needs, building skills step by step with plenty of hands-on practice.
This programme is ideal if you’d like to make faster progress with specific training challenges, such as recall or loose lead walking.
Many owners prefer the concentrated format, finding it easier to stay focused and build momentum compared to spreading sessions out over several weeks.
It’s also a great choice if you live further afield and want to travel to Bristol for a few days of dedicated training support.
What we can train
Whether you’re looking to improve your dog’s recall, loose lead walking, or general manners, our trainers can help you build reliable skills in a supportive way. We can help you get that super reliable recall by incorporating our amazing lure machine, or utilise our helper dogs to help your dog practise recall or walking nicely on lead around other dogs. We can create set ups to enable practise settling near dogs at a cafe or pub, or we can even head to a cafe or pub to train!
What you get
With our intensive programme you’ll receive five focused 1-2-1 sessions, each designed around your dog’s individual needs. You’ll also get a tailored training plan to guide your practice between sessions, along with handouts and resources to keep learning on track. Most importantly, you’ll have the guidance of an experienced trainer who will coach you through real-life situations and provide encouragement every step of the way.
Where we can train
Training can take place across Bristol, at one of our private training fields, or out on your preferred walking route, where challenges are most relevant. If travelling is difficult, we can also provide remote sessions online to ensure you still get the support you need.

Frequently asked questions
I'm not sure if I can commit to multiple sessions in one a week, what are my options?
You can choose to space your sessions out as and when suits your schedule. We would recommend once or twice a week for best results.
Can you guarantee results?
Sadly not. There are so many factors that influence training success and it would be unprofessional of us and unfair to you that we make promises prior to your first session. Our job is to teach YOU how to train your dog, and you will need to continue to train your dog to sustain progress made.
I don't live in Bristol, can you help?
We can work online, however, some training related issues are really best supported with in person coaching. You can travel down to us for training or we recommend heading to the ABTC register to find a trainer near you.
My dog behaves aggressively towards people and/or dogs, will that affect our work together?
You will benefit from signing up to the intensive behaviour modification service. Only focusing on training may limit your overall progress as well as posing a safety risk to others as well as being potentially unfair on your dog. It’s important that behaviour problems are worked with in a thorough way, via vet referral.
